Aluminium bars and clips
Spilka offers a selection of bars in aluminium complete with bar clips.

Aluminium glazing beads in various dimensions from 25 mm to 48 mm.
Classic hinge facing profile
A cover profile in aluminium for the Classic hinge range for use on aluminium-clad windows.
Opening restrictor
The opening restrictor prevents the window from blowing shut due to wind etc. while the safety device offers a separate opportunity to lock the window in an open position of approx. 30 cm.
Lock for catch
By fitting a safety lock, the hinge assembly’s safety device is locked so that the window cannot be opened past the safety device – approximately 80 mm. To open it further, the safety lock must be released manually.
Extension for catch
An extension for catch available for the hinge sizes S5 to S8.
Catch lifter
Push button on internal side of the frame allows for release of the safety device. The catch lifter must be fitted by the window manufacturer during production as it is partly placed behind the u-channel, and is intended for windows taller than 610 mm
Cover cap and mullion bolt
For windows with mullions, covers to conceal a mullion bolt are available in timber and plastic (white and brown options). Mullion bolts with O-ring are available from stock.
Seals
Bottom sash lip gaskets of rubber – helps reduce heat loss in the window construction. Spilka can supply other types of seals by request.
Handle and handle holder
Spilka offers a selection of standard handles and can obtain custom designs to order.
Spilvent
Spilka’s proprietary Spilvent ventilator is a well-tested slot vent allowing good air flow and sealing to meet current building regulations.
